The 2007 Spindletop Board of Trustees approved a $690,000 pledge to Brookwood Community for the structure of the new state-of-the-art 24,480 square foot “sawtooth style” Spindletop Greenhouse.
View ProjectSpindletop provides college scholarships through organizations such as the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, the Texas Ranger Association Foundation and Yes Prep Public Schools. Depending on the recipient organization, one or more students are selected to benefit from the Spindletop funds.
View ProjectEach year, Spindletop Charities, Inc. hosts site visits to several youth organizations. Attended by Spindletop event sponsors and volunteers, these visits highlight the beneficiaries of the generous Spindletop sponsor donations.
Spindletop Charities, Inc. focuses on specific projects and programs for children in need. Spindletop does not contribute to operational budgets of charities that would be dependent on Spindletop funds for their sustainability. Spindletop contributions are approved each year by the Spindletop Board of Directors.
